RESERVATION & PAYMENT
30% deposit is require.d at time of your booking, this enables us to secure necessary reservations The balance must be paid 3 weeks prior to your safari departure.

Mode of payment includes cash and wire transfers. This can be paid into our company account or be made at our Uganda office in Kampala.

Confirm your safari by filling in an enquiry form or by e-mail and remit your 30% deposit. Receipt of your deposit is a sign of your agreement with our terms and conditions.

 

CANCELLATION
The company cancellation policy is that a certain sum of money is forfeited in case you or any member of the booking cancels out the safari.
Received cancellations and costs to incur
60-30 days before departure 20% holiday cost is forfeited.
30-15 days before departure 70% holiday cost is forfeited.
Two weeks or less before departure 100% of holiday cost is forfeited.
Note: No cancellation charges will be incurred in case you postponed your safari arrangements to a future date.
There will be no refund for Gorilla permits as this is a direct policy from Uganda Wildlife Authority.

 
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You are advised to acquire your medical travel insurance prior to your holiday, this flies you home in case of emergency. Make sure you are physically fit because the trips involve a lot of long distance traveling and vigorous activities which may be stressfull if you are not in good condition.
 
 

BAGGAGE
All personal property and valuables are carried entirely on your own risk. Always keep your valuables and bulk moneys in hidden pockets. Leave any jewelry of financial and sentimental value at home.

TOUR PRICING
Depending on services and other requirements in the itinery, Credit Uganda tour holds the right to change the costing at any time.

ITERNARY ALTERATION
We will do all our best to meet your safari arrangement, however, Credit Uganda tours holds the right to alter the arrangements due to unforeseen situations like permit reservation, accommodation and flight schedule.

NATIONAL PARKS
All National parks are under Uganda wildlife authority whose objective is to conserve and sustainbly manage wildlife in protected areas to benefit the people of Uganda and the global community. Therefore you are free to enjoy, watch, photograph and leave your foot print but not to disturb, injure or collect any thing from the natural habitat. Entering the park is on your own risk, however Uganda wildlife authority ensures safety for visitors while in the park therefore try your best to abide by the regulations of the park.

ANIMAL VIEWING
Animal and birds are mobile and free to roam anywhere in search for food, water, shelter and can migrate in breeding season and hide away from predictors. Therefore may not be where you want them to be. Credit Uganda tours does not guarantee the viewing of wildlife. However, we will do our best to use park guides knowledge to have good sightings.

Note: The longer you spend observing , waiting and watching in the field the more you will see.
